If you have never arranged stucco repairs, the first step does not need to be complicated. Describe what you are seeing and share the records you already have. You do not need to choose a repair system before asking for help.

Send the essential information

Include the property address, contact details, wide exterior photographs, and close-ups of the concern. Explain whether there is active leakage, a recurring crack, or a primarily cosmetic issue. Tell us about earlier repairs and any planned window, balcony, or painting work.

Attach the existing report

The Monolite estimate form accepts PDF and Word reports as well as supported image files. Each file can be up to 8 MB. For a larger report, email it to info@monolitesystems.com and include the property address so it can be matched to your request.

Discuss access and assessment

Let us know about occupied units, gated access, pets, narrow passages, or upper-story concerns. Photos can help prepare the conversation, but a site visit or additional investigation may be needed to establish the repair scope.

Review the written proposal

Before authorizing work, confirm repair boundaries, underlying work, finish expectations, protection, schedule, and the procedure for concealed discoveries. Ask for clarification wherever a description is too general to compare.

After submitting the estimate form, a confirmation message acknowledges receipt. The team will reach out to discuss next steps. For examples that may resemble your project, browse the property galleries and mention the relevant detail in your message.
